How can a developer build up their reputation in the area IT market, so when companies are hiring, they will think of that developer?
Somewhat along the same lines: How can I be graced with MVP status without having to spend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the MSDN forums? What do I have to do to get recognized by Microsoft? Is there a fast track to MVP status?
