Software Engineer

Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science or equivalent experience

3+ years of application development using Microsoft technologies, specifically including experience with .NET, VB and ASP.NET

3+years of application development following a formal software delivery methodology

Experience with relational database development experience, including

2 years with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 and demonstrated ability to work with complex queries

Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports and other Microsoft development technologies and tools

Working knowledge of XML, Web Services, especially ASP.Net

Ability to balance new development activities with support of exiting production application

Ability to work effectively on an individual basis as well within a team environment

Excellent written, verbal, and overall communication skills
