Programmer Analyst

We are looking for a Programmer Analyst.
The Programmer Analyst is a .NET Developer who will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment and support of the Intranet and Internet Web applications, and will join our Development team in either our Denver, CO or Greenville, SC location. Successful candidates will have technical experience with the .Net framework.

Conducts feasibility studies; evaluates costs; analyzes user needs; designs routine in-house data processing systems or subsystems; programs the system or subsystems; develops testing criteria and tests, and establishes documentation to support the new system.
Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
Codes, tests, debugs documents, and maintains those programs. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
Work involves analyzing and solving problems, difficult due to their unusual technical complexity, scope and ambiguity under limited supervision. New or previously unused solutions are often developed.
May recommend policy and standards. May act as lead without hire/fire authority.

Knowledge of two or more of the following technologies: .NET framework, Classic ASP, C#, VB.NET, VB6, COM, XML, SQL Server, Javascript, HTML, Web Services
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving ability
Enjoys working in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent. At least 2 years experience.
