ASP Developer Job Description:

A large client in the Greenville area is looking for an experienced ASP Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Candidates will assist the web development team in completing enterprise web projects by assisting in maintaining the existing ASP code, managing SQL databases, and adding new ASP code for current online business operations. Candidates will also handle testing and quality control.

Candidates need to have two years ASP experience and have two years experience in SQL Server database design in order to write stored procedures and triggers. Experience with HTML, DHTML, IIS, VSS, VB, VBscript, JavaScript, and COM are a plus. Our client is looking for people that are self starters, dependable, responsible, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. This job also requires good communication skills because it involves working with end users and potential customers.

This position would start out as a 6 month contract and then become permanent. Local candidates are preferred for this position. The typical work hours would be Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and the dress is business casual. All qualified candidates need to submit their resume with technical references as soon as possible.
